EA-6B Prowlers of VMAQ-2 "Playboys"
Q-2 "Playboys" among the Marines who have proudly served
in the squadrons ranks.
The squadron has a long and distinguished record serving
the Corps and the Marines on the ground. No amount of
Political Correctness will ever change the fact that they were,
are, and will always be referred to as "The Playboys".
This sheet features three different EA-6B's that served in
Operations Desert Storm and Allied Force, all with mission
markings. One of them, 158036, flew with the squadron in both
operations.
We have also included squadron stickers for the pilots
helmets or flight suits and serial numbers for the AN/ALQ-99
pods.
